Can anyome tell me how to sort this out , (see pic)..all my cards are in my google account payments.section , but wallet will not work., already unstalled and reinstalled , nothing works , any ideas ?

Are you using ui7 beta?

Try removing your Google account from your phone then logging back in. It might be annoying to set some things back up but it's worth a shot

Hm. This is very odd.

Using Google Wallet?
Maybe try going to Settings > Apps > Google Wallet > Permissions > enable all.

Also, if you use the beta, please note Google Wallet doesn't work at all.

According to some reports on Google apparently allow access to phone and SMS for Google play services! Haven't had the issue myself but have seen this on a Google forum before. You will need to go into the apps in settings and then look at the permissions and allow the access on your phone. As I say not had this issue myself but that is a working solution to the same question on googles own forums. I have attached a screenshot of the apparent solution for you hope it helps.

as odd as this seems, allowing SMS permissions resolved my issue with Google Wallet.  Now not clear when and how this permission was disabled or if it ever was,  but resolved when i enabled this permission??
