Just received the Google update, this was stuck on July23, this morning updated to Nov.23 on my s23U

Just got mine. It is always wise to keep your Google Play System up to date as the updates address security issues. Thanks for the shout out @macsafc73. 👍

Glad a mumber now have an updated Google Play system, I was already on November myself.

Quick update, I factory reset my s23u, and now my Google play system has gone back to July 23, prior to this my version was Nov.23, tried check for update says I'm up to date, has anybody else had this issue!!
