That's normal with Google, even my S22ultra is on June version. I normally get mine updated at the end of the month. But at least my software is on July version so it doesn't bother me.

They are mostly just security updates. Apps normally get updated via the play store and stuff.

I keep checking once a week in both Samsung and Google playstore for app updates
