Why can't I get in to my Galaxy apps. I'm unable to enable them. The update kmx I need is In the app I can't get into. Help please

I cleared cache and data on the galaxy store app. Forced close. And restarted phone. Then a t&Cs came up. I agreed and now it's working. 🤞
