My phone is constanly trying to download the latest update and continually interrupts what I'm doing on the phone. Keeps failing to download the update.
Wifi is on, charger is plugged in and have tried restarting the phone and clearing app cache.

Has anybody else experienced this issue and/or know how to fix it? Cheers.

Hello 👋 @NickTheCopper and Welcome to the Samsung Community Forum.

Does the phone have ample internal storage capacity left.

You could try Samsung SmartSwitch via a Computer.

If i can be of any further help please don't hesitate to ask  😎

The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.

I'm currently running a cloud backup before a full reset, so I'll see how that goes. Some really good pointers here, I cannot believe the speed of the replies. Thanks🙏

Sometimes some people use some VPN which can cause issue with downloaded firmware. But yeah if doesn't helps reset and still comes same issue, then manualy you can update firmware. Otherwise, do you have rooted phone?

I wouldn't rush to do a full factory data reset until you've tried the simple turn it off and back on again thing 😂😂
