Has anyone faced the issue while using fingerprint when charging.

Steps:

1. Lock the phone

2. Insert charger

3. Try to use fingerprint to login. (Fingerprint does not work. Have to login by using pattern)

I think it generally works with the routines off. It is a very simple routine. Anybody facing such issues.

try to restart the device and see if it works if not it may be a bug that will get fixed with the next update to your phone

I hv tried. Even tried to do a soft reset but no benefit.I had done a clean install of one ui 6. Fingers crossed that they fix it. It is mildly annoying when you are in a hurry.
