Finder bug when swiped down in Apps Menu

Facing this bug on my new S23 where the Finder sometimes doesn't show up while using the pull down gesture in App Menu.

@proghead00: For clarity, was this swipe gesture enabled in the Goodlock app? Have you tried swiping different areas of the screen to see if the issue persists? If you restart your Galaxy S23 to refresh the software, do you notice an improvement at all?
