Are you referring to beta or non beta software?

If beta, Samsung don't reply, they just work on the issues raised and release updates periodically.

It stated that in the pre download information.

Or are you referring to other issues?

If you've sent feedback via your Samsung Members App in regards to error reports experienced on your phone then they don't always reply.

Samsung send this feedback to the relevant department for assessment and if deemed required send out an update to rectify. 

I've sent feedback via my Samsung Members app and received a reply but not always @Charlestsa1
