My Samsung Health does not login, just stay in the first page charging for a seconds and then send the massage "error with the server error, try again later"

Do you mean to delete the whole Samsung account out of the apps in settings.? Would that not delete the Samsung health app as well? And can you reinstall the Samsung account app afterward??

Try factory restart.

Factory reset should NOT be considered an option. It's just like telling you to reformat your computer and reinstall a fresh copy of Windows (or any OS for that matter).
