Hi Allysisa. I know it's been a while, but did you ever resolve this issue? I have had the exact same problem for close to a year now myself. When I call my ISP provider, they told me to contact Samsung because it's their product. When I contact Samsung, they want to send me to someone who repairs phones who mostly deals with hardware. I'm guessing, but it might have something to do with the outgoing server type under server settings. My ISP is spectrum, and they recommend STARTLS. However, under Samsung Email version 6.2.02.6, that is not an option (only SSL and TLS is available). My last resort if they don't come out with the new fix for this, would be to find to a different email application. I am trying to avoid Outlook. I like Samsung Email because it's simple and easy, but I'm willing to move on because I travel a lot and I need to be able to send emails and don't necessarily want to use the web application. I have a Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra, one TB.

It IS frustrating, and I'm feeling your pain. There is enough information out there for a fix to have been created. Samsung Email has been out for a while, and it's long past the time for they developers to take another look at it to make it more compatible. Good enough is just not good enough anymore. It's time for an update. If you happen to find another app for emails out there other than Outlook or gmail, please come back and post. I still can't tell what the cause is, but I'm at the end of my attempts to try to figure this out. Thank you for your kind response.
