Mobile data > data usage > allowed network for apps 😃 I think that should do the trick 1707992234184_1707992234170_0.jpg

My phone sometimes does that too even when I have more than 3 signal lines or I am on wi fi. And I mean all of them (phones). Even if I used the Internet flawlessly a seconds ago, than the notification that it doesn't have signal would appear our of the blue. Not sure it's an antenna problem or signal problem, but Internet signal is fluctuating so I believe it's somewhat normal to reconnect few times a day.

@Allysisa if function like thos glitch on my phone I usually delete the email account and then reset the account back up into the phone.

A known generic troubleshooting step also is > Clear Cache Files from the phone's System Partition Section  > https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-do-i-clear-the-cache-on-my-device/ You may need to insert your earphones or hook upto a powered On Laptop or use a Tv's USB Port to access the Clear Partition Section. This may help with lag or stutters as this clears the phone of old/unused or broken cache files. There is also a Repair Apps option in the Menu System too.

If I can be of any further help then please don't hesitate to ask.  😎

If you've tried the steps above and you're using the Samsung email app and are still having issues, maybe try the Gmail or Outlook app. I use the Outlook app for emails and it works perfect on both Mobile Data and WiFi.
