Dynamic lock screen

While my phone is charging, it forces my phone to behave as if it had dynamic lock screen turned on, and it doesn't even allow me to turn it off as it's disabled in the settings.

This doesn't happen while it's not charging.

Does anybody have a solution to this???

How long has this inconvenience been occurring? 

Have you installed applications intended for device interface customization?
