If your phone was supplied through a carrier like O2, Vodafone etc
Your phone won't be eligible
It will have network carrier optamised software installed
If you got it through Samsung for example. You just may need to wait till later
Software will be sent out in batches

I suspect that it won't be eligible. But keep checking to see
Samsung will have the details of UK registered units from IMEI numbers and serial numbers

Try connecting to a computer and using Smartswitch to see if you can get it there
The country your phone came from may have it as well
