I have seen this issue happening for quite some time now.

In the do not disturb settings, you can add specific contacts as exception. What happens on my phone is that after a restart of the phone for example, I have to add those contacts again in the DND configuration because they are cleared. - see the attached screenshot. Whatever I add there, after a restart, sw update, randomly they are cleared and I have to add them backScreenshot_20230712_235931_Settings.jpg

I've seen this on the previous S22 Ultra and now here as well.

Is there a bug or what is causing this?

I'm also having this issue with my S23 Ultra. Exceptions removed, and repeat callers removed following an update/reboot. I require these functions in case my 85 year old mother, who lives alone, tries to contact me due to a health issue during the night. This has completely destroyed my confidence in the phone, as the situation could be very dangerous without it.

Same here. The problem was gone from months but now it is back. 😞

The fact that it's almost 2 years later and this still hasn't been fixed in an updated is actually ridiculous.
