Help! The sound on my S23+ has recently become distorted. At first I thought maybe there was dirt or something in the speaker or speaker had been damaged. But I am finding that at times everything is fine and clear. I have also checked whether it's related to specific apps but that's not the case either.
Any ideas on how to fix?

I had this issue as well, the only thing that works it popping your SIM card out then back in. I know it sounds weird but it works. It will eventually do it again it's something with pressure on the phone idk but I finally got a new phone. It was a weekly occurrence.

Only thing that works it popping the SIM card out. It works. But eventually goes back after a few weeks or so.

Hi, I seem to be having this problem in relation to making phone calls the sound, sounds distorted, fragmented and with loud electronic sounds during the call almost like there is lots of noise/builders working at the other end. Does anyone have any clues how I can fix this please, I've only had the phone for a few days.

Thanks Guess what I had the same problem. Removing the sim card and popping it back did the trick.
Weird but sorted the problem.

Just bought a Samsung S23 5G renewed excellent, everything my end working fine but callers say my voice is loud, distorted and breaking up. I've tried restart, removing, replacing sim (which works fine on my husbands phone) and changing volume to no avail..what next? I don't want to do a factory reset and lose all my stuff...
