I bought a Samsung s23 2 weeks ago, i thought it's a good phone. But it is not a good phone. Battery is so dead, can't even use it for less than 5 hours, one day night (at 11.00pm) i fully charge it (100%) and i removed the charge and i went to sleep. I woke up (at 8.00 am) and looked at the Battery percentage it was 56%. (I have lots of Samsung phones i use these phones for mor than 1 day). I want to return this Samsung s23 phone and get a brand new samsung s 23 phone. (I thought Samsung phones are good but can't say it when your Samsung customers receive phones like these)

@Members_DWD0qu8 Additionally it is beneficial to put Apps which are nor used regularly into sleep Mode and you may wish to ensure that some connerctions such as Bluetooth/GPS /Wifi are only running when needed. some social media apps such as Tiktok and Facebook can be Battery Hogs, the learning phase though should be complete at this point. see some other tips here though may not wish to constantly use all of them for the best experience . https://www.androidpolice.com/how-to-extend-your-samsung-phones-battery-life/

To return a Samsung phone for a refund or swap then you'd need to be in the relevant cooling off period from the merchant you've purchased it from.
Check the Terms and Conditions.
If your past this cooling off period then a Samsung Service Centre can assess your phone @Members_DWD0qu8
