Crashing problem

I have a s23ultra 512GB 

It crashes and shuts down every time I play a game for just over a few minutes 

I tried resetting my settings on phone and in game I tried factory resetting my phone I looked for updates nothing is working so far. I need help

@Mr_bandit: Is the issue affecting all games, or just certain ones? Do you get any error messages or notifications prior to the issue occurring? Were the games downloaded from an official source e.g. Google Play Store?

Crashes on that one game? What game is it

Hi thier it is any game low or high demanding and it just shuts down black screen nothing and I hit the power button it boots normally or sometimes crashes again and shuts down

Any game literally low demanding to high both have same results

@Mr_bandit: That is certainly concerning, especially given that you have returned the phone to its factory settings, and the issue has persisted. Have you tried going into the in-game settings to lower the output specs such as the resolution, to see if you notice an improvement?

Hi yes I did but the same results occurred i can use anything no problem but games no longer can be used without crashing

Still, what games, in particular, did you try? Downloaded from where

Galaxy store and play store both separately i have tried call of duty mobile, car parking multilayer, car X street, Minecraft and a low demanding game for tests I tried roblox all the same issues crashing
