Clipboard no longer available

Has the clipboard been removed in recent update?

All I get options for now when I long press is Paste or AI

No- should be where I circles in the image. Once copied shows up in there

The clipboard button appears when I long press. I am on the one ui 8 beta so it might be something they are on the fence about.
