Can't send videos over text

My mother and I have the same S23 phone and service provider. I can easily attach videos to a text message but she is unable to. It always tells her the file is too big. For now she is copying the links but doesn't wish to do ao. Why is this happening and can it be fixed?

Does she have mms enabled?

She may need to ask her network to provision her account for MMS @Deanne81  

I prefer to use Facebook Messenger or WhatsApp personally.
