Same problem with my phone in s23 ultra also hear noise when picking up the phone and using phone. I can hear noise even in recorded video whats its solution

However, it shouldn't really be noisier than your surroundings unless you're in a super quiet environment and you're violently shaking.

Yes you're right I can hear the ois noise of main camera but now it's not that it's too much even on moving the phone while walking down up or taking phone up and down I think it's periscope sound. What is it's solution

Your cameras OIS shouldn't 'rattle' just by lifting the phone. Violently shaking it, yes, but not just walking about or panning around. If this is the case, then have it inspected by an authorised Samsung centre.

Thank you but I've no more warranty period now can you tell me how much it cost to me for fixing this problem

I don't have any idea, sorry. I've never had to have mine fixed. Unless you're 1000% sure the camera is 'rattling' just by picking it up, then I wouldn't waste my money on it. I still think you can minimise the noise by being a bit smoother with your motions. Try toggling on video stabilisation from the camera settings and tapping the little running man (see screenshot). See if it helps.
