I was restoring my data to s23 ultra and I can't find call recording option!!! If anyone know how to enable the native call recording in uk devices please let me know

U can try this, search on youtube, Enable NATIVE CALL Recording on your Galaxy S23 Ultra in 5 minutes!

I had done this process and changed my csc but now I'm still on June security patch I'm not getting software updates

Not true, I'm afraid. The UK operates a one-party consent system. Providing one side of the call consents to the recording, you're good to go. All the "calls may be recorded" announcements are a courtesy, and are to keep you (the customer, calling the call centre) on your best behaviour.

I contacted the Information Commissioner's Office and they confirmed it. You're welcome to do the same.

Nope, not true. However, a quick Google search will allow you to correct the misinformation you are delivering here, as it has always been legal to record calls that you are on for your own personal use, so I will leave you to it as I've spent far too much of my life on the Internet arguing with people who are wrong.
