Best internrt browser

Hey all I am looking into a Internet browser that saves battery on s23 base model any suggestions

Myself prefers Samsung Internet, but it really depends on which one you prefer to use. I find Samsung Internet good on battery. Chrome I found to use more battery. Mind you have not tried chrome on the s23 ultra. I've just stuck with Samsung as I do prefer it.

I've always used the Samsung Internet Browser @Fiona26 as it is optimised for the phone.

Also along with various other features I use ad blockers too.

I find samsung Internet fine  and indeed it is optimised for the device, view it as being better  than Chrome.   There are other choices mind you, some tests have shown that Edge and Brave perform well in terms of Battery Efficiency.  Some information here https://droidrant.com/which-android-browser-uses-the-least-battery/
