Battery Swelling S23 but spectrum refusing to repair what do?

My provider is Spectrum, and they refuse to repair or replace my current issue, which is that the back has swollen so much it popped the back off. It also took the loudspeaker and SIM tray with it. The cause is just me recording a video for a bit too long, I assume. I was recording about 2 hours of something, got the SIM card is not working error message at the time, thought well, it just overheated, now it is trying to explode. I can't get a repair on it due to still paying on the phone (300 bucks left) and owing a few hundred bucks to pay it off. I kind of think a lawsuit is worth more than that, but who knows? Maybe a lithium fire will be a fun toy to have, and I just am not up to date with fun toys. So anyone here know of what to do with this fun, juicy, spicy toy?

Hi, @Mundi_Umdali. I definitely don't expect to see this and my strongest recommendation is to reach out to our colleagues in your region here:

https://www.samsung.com/uk/function/ipredirection/ipredirectionLocalList/

That will be the quickest and most direct method of liaising with the relevant Support Team.

Alternatively, please send a private message to @Sam_UK by following the steps in the link below, and we will be able to get this escalated for you:

Thank you and honestly, I didn't expect to have Spectrum slam the door on me like that. I will check into those links. I got here via Google, so if I am at the wrong spot, per se, my bad.
