Battery Health Feature Suggestion

May not be the right place to post this so apologies if not, but recently a Android flagship was launched with a battery health feature.

It help users track battery condition through percentage, no other OEMs including Samsung include this feature and I think it'd be cool to make it available perhaps in the next iteration of OneUi.

I have attached some screenshots to show what it looks like.

Cheers @Ry-Galaxy ! We had a very similar suggestion a couple of years back (for the S10 series), but turns out that we never got a reply back from the developers on it. I've bumped it back up on our side to see what we can find out.

Thank you for the reply!, Yeah it'd be a awesome feature to have especially with it being so scarce at the minute, not even stock Android has it, so OneUi would be leading in implementing it!

While it's a great suggestion, I feel this might trigger users with battery health anxiety, dropping to 99% in x amount of time may push the average user for a warranty claim. I think the correct approach is a 3 tire process of, Great, OK, service recommended, maybe outlining the criteria points below.

Under members app here you can check it albeit it won't give the percentage.

Yeah personally I think it would be better having it in the settings > battery menu and for it to be more accurate, "Good" can be anywhere between 60% and 95% I believe!

We’ve had a reply from the developers on this one. They've advised that the suggestion is being reviewed, but for now no plans to implement – although it will be considered when making plans for future updates.
