Everything was fine before the 6.1 update. I could easily get 5-7 hrs SOT as I am light user. After the 6.1 update I can't even get through the day without charging once at least, sometimes more than once, and ending up flat at the end of the day. There's marked battery drain in stand by with no background application running other than usual. Is Samsung working on a fix?

You may need to clear the phone's System Partition Cache Files Section @pBaisakh

This may help with lag or stutters as this clears the phone of old/unused or broken cache files.There is also a Repair Apps option in the Menu System too { Possibly excluding the s²⁴ Series of phone's }
