Auto stories trouble

I've switched off auto stories on my s23 ultra however it keeps making them regardless from my gallery

Go into the gallery settings and turn off customisation service

I've done that but it keeps doing them regardless

Turn off customisation services all together.

Settings>security and privacy >Customisation service. Erase your data. Check customised apps and toggle off gallery. Toggle off customisation service.

@khal3d: As an alternative approach, please head to Settings > General Management > Customisation Service > Agree to the terms and conditions > Continue, then toggle off the Gallery app from here. Let me know if this helps.

There was no customisation service in security and privacy and I've already toggledpff the gallery app and it's still doing it it's getting frustrating

Scratch that I found it by searching customisation service and ot showed up in security and privacy then however whe o fprst went in security and privacy forst ot wasn't there ive turned it off and will wait and see if that helps tha ku for your help 🙂
