When video or audio is played on headphones on any platform the sound quality is to low that I could hear anything even in the max volume. But it’s ok in calls or video call in WhatsApp. 
I tried different tws but it’s the same, although they work perfectly on other devices. 
I am facing this issue from last 10 to 12 days. After the security update of December 1(I updated in 19 December), the problem was solved but after a day the problem returned Again. 
Now what to do?

Could you tell me if this behavior occurs when you use wired headphones, Bluetooth headphones, or both?

Have you tried to check if using Samsung Galaxy Buds you encounter the same anomaly?

While waiting for your feedback, I suggest you to run a quick and easy test in safe mode, following the instructions outlined in the following link, and see if you still experience the same behavior in this mode:

If in this mode what you find does not persist, it is highly probable that there is at least one app on your device that interferes with its proper functioning. Therefore, it will be necessary to gradually delete the installed apps and, at the same time, check the behavior of the device.

Hi mABS1,

thank you for your feedback. I see that the earphones are produced by third parties, so they may require certain specifications for correct functioning.

If in some circumstances the operation is correct, such as during calls, it is clear that it does not directly depend on the smartphone.

Anyway, did you run the test in safe mode?

Is it possible for you to check whether the Galaxy Buds work?
