I've complained for years that Smart Switch doesn't transfer those Add to home links saved from a browser when transferring information from an old phone to a new phone.
This is a minor annoyance as I'm forced to make a list of those Shortcuts I've made and recreate them.
The Homepage of the Edge browser lets me group Add to home shortcuts in one place.
I realize this is just using Favorites, which has been around since the first browser, but sometimes I'm a little slow. 
Smart Switch my not bring those Shortcuts I've created and placed on my Home page, but the browser will remember them and save me the trouble.
