6.1 Update screen unresponsive

done the update since then phone screen unresponsive tried restetting etc still no luck help please

This has been widely reported and there are multiple posts on this forum about this issue

There is currently no fix from Samsung. Please go to Samsung Members App, Menu (bottom right) and select feedback to let Samsung know.

IM having the same Problem

Ive tried everything, i rang samsung and they are sending an engineer out tuesday but are on about factory reset which i dont want to do and lose it all

I think they messed up abit on this update , cant imagine factory Reset would fix anything
