120Hz Refresh Rate Delay on S23 Plus

On my S23 Plus when i set the motion smoothness to adaptive (120hz) the phone suddenly has delays in the animation however the delay doesn't occur when typing when i set the refresh rate to 60hz. Below is video for clearer visualization of the issue
