10x camera rattle when tilting S23 Ultra

Hallo there 😞

Today I've noticed 10x camera rattle even when VERY SLOWLY tilting phone - it stops when 10x is activated to take a photo.

I got it since new 4 months ago and ALWAYS been silent till this day - it never been dropped and it is in new condition.

It is really annoying in 1x video recording and during phone calls - it feels like I have £100 phone 😞

I've done some research abd people say Sameung under Warranty will say it is "in spec" is it true?

My apologies I caused you went mental. My problem is I unable to understand how such a loud rattling be normal in £1300 phone and I would understand if that rattle would happen if heavy shaking or it would be "out of box experience"

My s23 ultra did it after 5 months. It goes away when the zoom is on then comes back. To me it’s not normal at all to suddenly do this. However it didn’t affect the phone in anyway shape or form so I just left it as I would rather have a poco p3 lite than send my phone to Samsung 😂 my s24 ultra didn’t do it and my 15 pro max doesn’t do it and they all use similar zoom cameras.

I no m longer have a Samsung but it never effected my camera for the life of the phone. (S23 ultra) All I will say is it never started out like that. I have a 16 pro max now which occasionally clicks when you open the camera and if the phone gets tossed on a bed or something you will hear a rattle. I put it down to the ois as long as it’s not extreme or loud and pictures are ok there is nothing to worry about.
