Hallo there 😞
Today I've noticed 10x camera rattle even when VERY SLOWLY tilting phone - it stops when 10x is activated to take a photo.
I got it since new 4 months ago and ALWAYS been silent till this day - it never been dropped and it is in new condition.
It is really annoying in 1x video recording and during phone calls - it feels like I have £100 phone 😞
I've done some research abd people say Sameung under Warranty will say it is "in spec" is it true?

Thank You

I've read about it it is normal and I would be ok IF this rattle would be out of box experience BUT why this happened after 4 months?

Can you hear this rattle in video recorded on your device @the_bart123?. If you can, then let me tell you that this is nothing normal, and your device has a problem. My S23 Ultra is very silent when recording video and when taking photos. And mine is a year older than yours.

Yes I can hear rattle durning 1x zoom when I tilt camera when I watch that recorded video - when 10x zoom video record then silence. Knock is also heard when switching lenses between 3x and 10x now I wonder if to waste time at Samsung and claim Warranty just to find out "it is normal"

Again - I fully understand while strong shaking I will hear rattle - but my point is WHY my S23U was perfectly quiet for 4 months and now this loud rattle happening even when slow tilt?

Then take it to a service store if you're worried!

I would have to post it which means no phone - which means I would have to buy new phone - and all this mess just to find out "this is normal"?

What is your problem? I've told you it's normal which you won't accept. I've posted a link to the official Samsung support site explaining what the noise is, but you won't accept that. Finally, I've told you to get it inspected, which you refuse to do. I don't know why you bothered to post because you clearly don't want help. Do what you want.
