Modes and routines are broken after One UI 6.1.1 update

On S23 Ultra, 

Modes and routines are completely broken after updating to One UI 6.1.1 

Is there anyone else with the same issue.

I tried to clear the storage of digital well being, both cache and data. But, no change. Modes and routines are simply not working.

Anybody found a working solutions already?

After a short time of research, I found many posts related to the same issue in the members forum of many countries.

Why don't you disable extra brightness and turn on just the adaptive brightness and check.

There by, you can also check if there is any problem with the display and its light sensor itself.

I had this issue, and to fix another 6.1.1 issue (Play Store error while installing/upgrading any app), I disabled the "Auto App Scans" :

• Security and privacy
• App security
• App protection
• 3-dots top-right, Settings
• uncheck "Auto scan when installing apps"

I tried so many things, I think that's what fixed the Home & routines issues !

This can not be the solution to routines not starting issue. Any way, I tried and does not solve the issue.
