Modes and routines are broken after One UI 6.1.1 update

On S23 Ultra, 

Modes and routines are completely broken after updating to One UI 6.1.1 

Is there anyone else with the same issue.

I tried to clear the storage of digital well being, both cache and data. But, no change. Modes and routines are simply not working.

Anybody found a working solutions already?

Habe auch Probleme mit meinem s23 und Routinen nach Update. Apps lassen sich nicht mehr per Routine schließen!

Yes, my modes and routines simply do not get triggered at all. Hopefully, a follow-up update or one ui 7 fixes the issue.

I'm not sure why my Brightness is low, since it's brand new and the samsung s24 ultra, but I have,

Adaptive Brightness off

Powersaving off

Extra Dim off

Extra Brightness on

QHD+ On

Screen Vividness- Max Vivid 

I noticed that when I toggle Extra Brightness on and off, it doesn't do anything.
