Issue with Camera Quality on S23 Ultra After Update

Hello,

I own an S23 Ultra, and since the release of the S24 Ultra, I updated my device to the latest software version. However, I’ve noticed a significant drop in the camera quality. The images are no longer as sharp and clear as they used to be.

Could you please advise me on how to resolve this issue and restore the previous camera performance?

Welcome to the community.

Please do the Wipe Cache Partition delete at boot menu.

After that, delete and clean the cache and data of camera app.
It will refresh the calibration of the system and would be help.

After a big software upgrade like this, Is this step recommended.

Here is the doing to clear the dalvic cache. It"s in German, but translation should working at your S23u. 🫡
Gerät per USB an einen PC/Laptop/TV/ Spielekonsole anschließen.
Gerät komplett ausschalten.
Warten bis die Akku Anzeige erscheint.
Lauter, und Power Taste (gleichzeitig) gedrückt halten bis ein Menü erscheint.
Dann Navigierst du (mit lauter und leiser Taste) zu "Wipe Cache Partition".
Da drückst du dann die Power Taste (du musst sehr wahrscheinlich danach mit JA bestätigen).
Wenn "Wipe Cache" erfolgreich war, wählst du anschließend die Option "Repair Apps."
Mit "Power Taste" bestätigen.
Abschließend wird das Smartphone neu gestartet. Wichtig - Nicht Wipe Data wählen!!!
Das löscht all deine Daten!
Wipe Cache löscht keine persönlichen Daten, nur Reste älterer Updates.
