Since this new security update and from 5.1 to 6.0 I noticed that this Ram is a joke,
My ram is way higher plus when I clean ram, should normally make my used Ram lower,
But now it even sometimes gives me an even higher Ram usage when I clean hahaha.
So for example, today I had 5,9 Ram in use, so I cleaned it, and it jumped from 5.9 to 6,3 hahaha what kind of cleaning is that?

Samsung can u explain me what's going on here?

Because the ones in developer options are things you cant close. They are always active. You can however choose to delete some bigger ones with ADB but not all.

You seemingly don't understand the question, so let me make it clear another way:

* Go to Google Play, search 'simple system monitor' and install one.
* Reboot your phone. After rebooting, open the system monitor and look for the RAM percentage in use.
* Close the monitor. Open 10 other apps.  Open the monitor again and see that the said percentage is about the same.

That works very differently in Windows: the more programs you open there, the more RAM is being used. Why not in Android (it's the same on my Lenovo tablet)?

I understand the question just fine. But this is not Windows. Things work differently on Android. I also dont use third party apps like a system monitor. The build in tools work fine.

You talk about Ram use in dev options. Most of those apps you see there are always active so closing all apps has no effect here. The only way to go down in RAM and use a tiny ammount less battery is to remove the apps that consume the most battery. Most big consumers you cant delete unless you use ADB.

"Most of those apps you see there are always active so closing all apps has no effect here."

That sentence makes clear that you do not understand the question, because I'm talking about normal apps. The only reason why I asked you to look in Developer Options is that there you can see the percentage of RAM being used as well. But to get access to the Developer Options, you have to go through a procedure that is more complicated than installing a simple system monitor.

Also, stating that Windows and Android are different is an open door, and does not answer the question why their RAM usage is so different.
