What worked for me is do delete all the bloatware. Including Bixby and some other Samsung things that we are basicly forced to have. I used ADB to clear them, its much better than things like Root. Because when you Root you lose warrenty and thats not what you want. ADB however is just deleting some apps that you normally cant delete, and when you do a factory reset there all back.

That does not answer his and my question. How is it possible that the amount of RAM in use (Settings > Developers options) does not go down when you we close all the apps that you have used since the last reboot? At least, that’s my question.
