Hi, 

I want to use my headphone microphone during gaming 

But unfortunately s23 ultra use built in microphone. 

Any one has any suggestion?? How to solve this

Hi @xenny,

It is good of you to contact us about this. Are your headphones connected to your smartphone and playing audio? If so, then the microphone should also automatically be used. If not, then it might be possible that the headphones you are using are not correctly paired with your Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra. You could try pairing them again. Let me know if this solves the issue for you.

Yes, my headphones are connected with the smartphone via Bluetooth. Always while playing the games. I can hear all the sounds and stuff with the headphones, even dolby access. But the mic that is used during gameplay is the smartphone. I think there is a bug in the software while playing a game only smart phone mic is used, and we can't even select it.

Thank you for your response. What headphones do you use and do you experience this also outside of this game while making a call? If not, then it is possible that this is something you will need to contact the developers of the game about.

I use wh1000 xm5 from sony.
All the games that uses headphone have same problem. No during call everything is fine.
I think it's a problem with the s23 software.

Since those headphones are not made by us, we cannot guarantee their quality. What you can look into is to see if there is a specific app that is meant to control them. The solution might be there then. If you are not able to speak with the microphone during a WhatsApp or phone call, then let me know.
