It is good of you to contact us about this. Are your headphones connected to your smartphone and playing audio? If so, then the microphone should also automatically be used. If not, then it might be possible that the headphones you are using are not correctly paired with your Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra. You could try pairing them again. Let me know if this solves the issue for you.

Since those headphones are not made by us, we cannot guarantee their quality. What you can look into is to see if there is a specific app that is meant to control them. The solution might be there then. If you are not able to speak with the microphone during a WhatsApp or phone call, then let me know.
