WiFi drop then constant reboot cycle

Hi wondering if anyone is experiencing the same, woke up sat 14th and phone had turned off - odd - was a bit glitches when it came back on but noted it needed the most recent update which I duly installed. All apps are also up to date but since then, when connected to WiFi it continuously drops out then starts a reboot cycle which I can only rectify if I only use mobile data....then everything works fine. I've uninstalled the majority of 3rd party apps, tried safe mode, cleared the cache partition and reset all the networks with no luck. Help!

Contact Samsung support via members app to run some diagnostics

Thanks logged feedback nearly a week ago....hope they come back to me soon. Have to quickly spot the WiFi drop & switch to mobile data to stop it crashing but its chomping through my data allowance so hope its sorted soon!

Phoned the support team today, advised factory reset and not to auto download backed up data incase back up contains corrupt files

Did it work? Did you just use an update that pre-dated the issue instead?

Nope not tried it yet....putting it off to be honest as it won't roll back the update so hoping they release a patch soon

Nope factory reset did nothing....in fact it crashed when searching for WiFi on initial set up so that's led to a very painful few hours.....
