Video playback lagging on s22 plus

Hi everyone, 

I got my new s22 plus last week and I realized few days after using it that video streaming has lagging issues from apps like Telegram, Instagram or Twitter. It's not from the internet because I've used it with different networks.  Anyone else experiencing same issue?

Let me guess: if you disable variable refresh rate or just keep a finger on the display the videos do not lag?

My S22 Ultra exynos is also like this. Phone is total junk, and outperformed by both my S20 Ultra and S21 Ultra.

Precisely this is it. If I switch to standard 60hz the problem is slightly reduced. However if left on adaptive, the phone thinks you are doing nothing or looking at something static and drops refresh rate too low hence the stutter and lag. Still not fixed in latest update. Very frustrating.

So, I have tried everything. Even returned the phone by guarantee and they told "they've fixed it" but its not fixed at all. Its very frustrating and too expensive for this kind of issues to appear. This will be last time that I buy anything from Samsung.

Same issue I got mine about 2 months ago, I upgraded from the S20+. I never had this issue with my S20+, but with my s22 Ultra the video randomly lags and the video and audio fall out of sync for a few seconds when I use Netflix, Prime, Hbomax, or any of my other streaming services. Doesn't happen on the internet though

Same issue, I bought the S22 Ultra a week ago, and just realize that it's massively lagging when when playing videos on Instagram and Facebook. 

Does anyone know how to fix this issue? My S22 ultra is with Exynos Chipset.

I know this is an old post but they still haven't fixed this issue. Watching movies constant stutters and lag.
