If you go onto your settings and click home screen you will see an option that says home screen grid and app screen grid, click on both of those and it will give you the option to make them smaller by changing how many apps you have on one row
If you go into Goodlock.And select Theme Park.Press on icons.Then press on create new.Then press bottom arrow.Wich displays a slider to resize apps to your specific size.
