Update over WiFi

Hi there! I've got a little problem with software update over WiFi. It's just doesn't doing it. The WiFi is working perfectly I can update the apps from play store or galaxy store but not the software. Not even on my Note20 ultra. Luckily I've got unlimited data sim in both of my phone but honestly that's not the case. Anyone else having this issue?

I have the exact same issue. I have to turn off WiFi, check for update then I start the download, pause it then résume on WiFi.

Did you manage to figure it out? Very strange.

Hi. I did solved the problem. Some reason my home Internet (WiFi) was partly worked. The update wasn't worked but everything else did. So I was kind of out of idea, then I did an old school trick. Turned off my Internet router for a minute then restarted, that's did the job. Let me know if this solved your issue as well.

I have the same issue. The updates will not download when I am connected to my WiFi, never. It has been like this for over 1 to 2 years now. I just switched my WiFi connection off and let the update download. Very frustrating really as it is not working as it is supposed to. Restarting WiFi does nothing, the phone just does not want to download, and I have changed routers as well as ISPs but it has never made any difference and I did not change ISP due to this issue, it has just happened but didn't make difference to the updates.
