So, since February, I'm unable to use mobile data, make calls, SMS - indoors is pathetic, outdoors is worser than other's phones.
Indoors, it sometimes just straight up says "No service" when everyone else using the same network provider, the same plan and everything, even the same exact device but from a different country has no issues.
I use an eSIM, so please don't tell me the SIM card fix.
I tried using a perfectly working physical sim, as well. That didn't work.
I tried resetting mobile network settings, didn't work.
I usually do a flight mode on and off, doesn't work anymore. Especially indoors, it just says "No service." I have to depend on friends for Mobile Hotspot just to use the Internet. Forget calls and SMS, which is the basic use of a phone! 🤦🏽♂️

And is your phone meant for the country you are in or some other?

Are you able to try a sim from another network?

Well, it is an AT&T device, and I'm outside the US. Any fixes if that is the situation?

Oh yes. I tried 3 different networks(SIM cards and eSIM from friends) at very different locations. I'm not complaining about not being able to connect to a network while sitting in the middle of nowhere. And, I tried 3 different network providers, 2 of em are pretty popular, 1 is not. And all my friends get good signal, are able to make calls and receive SMS and use mobile data in these locations when I can't. The locations are usually inside buildings, so when surrounded by walls. Like my University Lecture Hall, they all can use their phones, I can't!

I have an A22 which is 18 months old and now I have the same problem. The problem seems random. I've tried all the suggestions with no luck. How can it recognise the wi fi and accept the password but say the Internet is not available? My other 2 Samsung devices and 2 laptops connect, and they're in the same room. Can anyone tell me if SAMSUNG has even acknowledged this problem, or offered a solution?
