One UI6 for S22 appears to be hitting beta users first and then assuming no major issues a phased rollout would follow.
Likely to be over the next few weeks as @Somebody3 has mentioned above.
I would also add a note to, shall we say manage expectations. There aren't many differences between 13 and 14.
