How is it I can be logged in & my location confirm I'm in England , yet apps seem to register me as being in Belgium !!

Is there something I can do to solve this like a factory reset maybe.

Definitely sounds like a worldwide Samsung rather than a uk supplier. GSM carriers will show the country of origin by default. Or you have an active vpn. Wilhich normally defaults to France or Belgium

Sky Mobile & they send them out unlocked so I can use any network.

I do have WiFi protection that is part of Samsung security & their version of giving me a secure network where ever I use my device, that's what I believe . Hopefully Samsung can resolve this for me.
