From the looks of the picture it looks like it has just been photo shopped onto the phone. I could be wrong though.

Yea your probably right, never seen a theme like that before.

It may be zwart black icon pack with nova launcher and android 14 widget pack. Thats the most accurate idea so far.

It looks like the launch wallpaper for the s20 and s20 plus, I don't know if it's possible to get that wallpaper on other phones but I'll have a look.
