Supplementary services all incoming calls barring not working

I've tried to block all incoming calls on my s22 ultra on 02 and it's just doesn't switch on. It just stays off after trying for a few seconds. None of the other supplementary services work either.

Have you been in touch with O2 to check that those supplementary are active/available to you?
