Smartwatches mic not working when connected to Samsung S22 Ultra

All my smartwatches mic suddenly not working when I answer phone calls. I can still hear the calls but they cannot hear me. I tried using samsung galaxy watch, huawei watch and garmin watch all with same problems, mic not working. Tried the setting on my phone all not working. Maybe I am missing something. It worked well before but suddenly not working. Appreciate if anyone can share solution to same problem. Thank you.

Did you try removing and then redoing the bluetoorh connection with your smartwatch?

Make sure you're watch and phone media outputs are set correctly, sometimes mine does as you describe.

If not then as Tourbillion suggested.

Yes I did. Same problem. But now I notice maybe the problem was whatsapp. When i try calling from my smartwatch to direct number instead of whatsapp call it works ok and vice versa. But when I use whatsapp call the mic won't work. Will try contacting whatsapp.
