My samsung s22 plus keep saying simcard storage full. What do I need to do

What are you saving in it? Iv'e never had come across that. The simcard only stores your phone numbers and contacts if you don't want to use the internal storage.

@Teechukwu it means youve reached the limit of contact numbers your sim card can store.

Maybe consider moving some from the sim card to your phone's contacts app

Goto contacts, click on settings at top left side and select manage contacts
