Secure folder password

You can reset your Secure Folder password, following these simple steps:

• Open Secure Folder
• Enter an incorrect password
• "Forgot password" will appear: click on it
  choose "Restore"
• Log in to the Samsung Account and follow the instructions

To complete this action, you must have previously activated the "Restore with Samsung account" voice. 

If this option has been activated, you will be able to restore the unlocking method.

Otherwise, if this item has not been activated, you will not be able to recover your Secure Folder data.

It's showing try again after 2 hours now.

I'm sorry for the inconvenience.

The option to recover Secure Folder code appears only if the recovery function was enabled. If no entry appears, it means that this function was not enabled in the Secure Folder settings.

In this case, I must inform you that it will not be possible to access the folder.

If you want to use again Secure Folder, you will need to make a factory reset (after a backup). The items inside the folder, however, cannot be recovered.
